Transfer, Cancellation and Refund Policy
What if I register for a course, but cannot attend?
We understand that last minute changes do happen and use our best efforts to accommodate our Clients. If we receive written notice at least 21 days prior to the course date, you may request a full refund. If we receive notice within the 21 day period before the course, you may send a replacement at no extra charge, request a 75% credit that will be applied to another course or request a 50% refund. Provided the course tuition was paid in full. Notice of cancellation must be in writing and can be sent via e-mail or fax.
What if the course is cancelled by Verrico Associates?
In rare circumstances, Verrico may be required to cancel or reschedule a course; in this event Verrico Associates will contact you and you may elect to receive a full refund or apply the tuition paid to another Verrico course.
